Hardware and Accessory purchases

Refunds

Refunds will be given for:

• Unopened merchandise
• Defective merchandise when a replacement is not available and the installation was performed by COMPUTER GrEEKS.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be given provided merchandise is defective and installation was performed by COMPUTER GrEEKS.

Computer Returns

All returns of a new or used computer must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original store receipt. Systems must be in original condition and defect and virus free to be eligible for return and will be subject to a 35% re-stocking fee to cover the expense of setup and testing.

Auction Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for items that had errors or mis-representations in the auction listing, are defective in operation, or are damaged due to shipping and insurance has been purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Notification must be given to us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise to qualify for a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
